Ben Maust is an experienced Project Manager working in the construction industry. CCI is just completing the Beloit College Library renovation project. The $10 million project by Angus-Young Associates includes key infrastructure and cosmetic changes to make the library more welcoming, efficient, and accessible to college and community members.
CCI is a general contracting firm out of Beloit, WI with over four decades of experience. CCI has completed projects locally and throughout the U.S. including the current Imagination Center at Reindahl Park in Madison, the first new library in more than 25 years. Other projects include the St. Charles Catholic Parish Expansion and the Grain Mass Timber Development, a multi-use facility in Delafield, WI. CCI was awarded the ABC Excellence in Construction award, an honor hosted by the Associated Builders and Contractors. The award is the “pinnacle of achievement” in construction, recognizing remarkable buildings and accomplishments throughout the country.”
Christy Monk is a principal architect at FEH Design and has a passion for creating spaces that serve and strengthen communities. With over 20+ years of experience, she has a deep love of libraries and impacting the built environment through good design.
