Remember the elevator area at 404? Here’s the view looking at the original elevator area and the accomodation of the site level to a one-floor library. Eventually, there will be a wall here with access on the other side for the Delavan Historical Society.
A one-floor library will provide better access for all people and improve movement throughout the library.
