Mikhail Troitskiy, Professor of Practice at the Department of Political Science and the Center for Russia, East Europe, and Central Asia, will discuss the existing approaches to ending the armed conflict between Russia and Ukraine and analyze its consequences for Ukraine, Russia, the United States, and the world.
